Gender Committee

Gender inequality in organizations is a complex phenomenon that can be seen in organizational structures, processes, and practices and it also does exist in academia.

The Gender committee was established to advance, promote and protect gender equality and to improve the gender balance in academia.

The Committee aims to implement key commitments on gender equality, gender mainstreaming and women’s rights. This includes capacity building for staff and assistance in monitoring progress against gender benchmarks.
