The Faculty of Computer Science at Jami University, based on its mission, is dedicated to training and providing young professionals in the fields of information systems and network engineering to society. This responsibility is fulfilled with the support of 8 experienced faculty members. The Faculty of Computer Science was established in 1403 (according to the Afghan calendar) within Jami University in response to community needs, with the goal of training specialists in the fields of network engineering and information systems. Graduates of the Faculty of Computer Science will be employed in governmental and non-governmental organizations in areas such as software development, data management, database administration, networking and cybersecurity, information systems, and information technology.

The Faculty of Computer Science is dedicated to quality and innovation, striving to be recognized as a leading and reputable faculty at the national level.
Mission
The mission of the Faculty of Computer Science is to cultivate specialized human resources through high-quality education, research, and innovation. This faculty aims to strengthen national and international collaborations with relevant institutions and sectors, providing continuous learning opportunities for both students and faculty. Additionally, it seeks to contribute to sustainable development and technological advancement in society through revenue generation.
