Research Committee

The Educational Research Committee plays a profound role in educational institutions. It is considered to be an important part of the university in many countries.

The role of the Research Committee is to advise and assist the Chancellor in the leadership and management of research at the university. Its specific responsibility is to advise and assist the Chancellor in the fulfilment of the research aspects of the university Strategic Plan.

In addition, educational research is important because of contributing knowledge development, practical improvement, and policy information. Therefore, educators can use those research findings to improve their competences and teaching and learning process.

The purpose of educational research is to develop new knowledge about the teaching-learning situation to improve educational practice.
