Having talented, capable, efficient, proficient and skillful staff is indispensable to the success of this institution in fulfilling its obligations to its students and to society. In order to achieve those goals, the appointment, promotion and dismissal committee was established at Jami University.
The policy of Jami University is to employ and retain distinguished staff with requisite qualifications, commitment and experience. The promotion, demotion, appointment and dismissal process occurs on an annual cycle. The purpose of this policy is to define the criteria for, promotion, appointment renewal and dismissal for the staff.
Furthermore, Building the capacity of new and current staff is an essential part of program implementation and building the skills needed to carry out the job specifications, not only through preliminary training, but also through on-going refresher training.
